Tranquillefashion is a B2B wholesale eyewear brand based in the Netherlands. This statement explains how we handle your personal data on this website.
What we collect. When you submit the reseller sign-up form, we collect the name, company name and email address you enter.
Why. Only to respond to your wholesale enquiry and to send you our catalogue and wholesale prices. We never sell your data.
Legal basis. Your consent and our legitimate interest in handling B2B enquiries (Art. 6 GDPR).
Who receives it. Your message is delivered to us by email via the providers EmailJS and FormSubmit, who process it solely to deliver it. The page also loads a PDF library (jsPDF) from a CDN.
Retention. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to follow up on the partnership, then delete them.
Cookies. This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies; only your language choice may be stored locally on your device.
Your rights. You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time via tranquillefashion@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
